Ingredients
Paneer - 250 gm
Capsicum - 2 nos
Onion - 4 nos
Tomato - 2 nos
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Chilly powder - A pinch
Chaat Masala
Salt - As reqd
Lemon juice
Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
1)Cut paneer into lengthy pieces.
2)Deep fry in oil, till it becomes light brown in color. Keep it aside.
3)Cut the rest of vegetables into lengthy pieces.
4)Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
5)Add onion and capsicum and fry, till capsicum is done.
6)Add chopped tomatoes along with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and chaat masala.
7)Saute for 3 mins.
8)Add fried paneer into it.
9)Add lemon juice and close the pan with a lid, after switching off the flame.
:- Serve hot with Roti & Paratha.
