    Spicy Methi Puri

    Ingredients:
    1. Wheat Flour - 2 cups
    2. Fresh Methi - 1 bunch (finely chopped)
    3. Fresh Cilantro Leaves - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
    4. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsps
    5. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    6. Asafoetida - 2 pinches
    7. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    8. Salt - according to taste
    9. Oil - for deep frying


    Method:

    1.

    Mix the wheat flour with ingredients 2-8.
    2.

    Add water and make puri dough
    3.

    Knead well for consistent dough
    4.

    Keep the dough closed in a container for 15 minutes
    5.

    Make puris from the dough
    6.

    Deep fry till light brown
    7.

    Serve hot spicy puris with Coconut Chutney.
