1 cup - mixed veggies (finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, capsicums, coriander)
3/4 cup - sooji
6 pieces - bread
1 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper
Method:
Add all finely chopped vegetables with sooji
Mix enough water to make a smooth paste
Add salt and pepper
Apply the paste on bread slice evenly (Only 1 side)
Put some oil on tava and roast the bread from both sides.
The side with the paste will get slightly golden brown
Serve with tomato sauce
