Ingredients
2 1/2 pound(s) (medium) red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 slice(s) uncooked bacon, chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
Directions
In large bowl, toss potatoes with bacon, salt, and pepper until potatoes are evenly coated.
Wrap potato mixture in foil packet as described in Hot Potato Packets.
Place packet on grill over medium heat and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning packet over once halfway through grilling.
Remove packet from grill. Carefully open packet; add green onions, vinegar, and sugar to potato mixture, tossing gently to combine.
