A man who stabbed a teenage burglar to death during a break-in at his mother's home has had a murder charge against him dropped by prosecutors.Tyler Juett, 17, and a boy of 14 broke into the property in Nottingham in March 2009 but were confronted by 23-year-old Omari Roberts.
The 17-year-old died from his injuries. A judge at Nottingham Crown Court formally found Mr Roberts not guilty.
Mr Roberts' mother had called the decision to prosecute "outrageous".
