One of the three people jailed for the death of Baby Peter has lost a bid to take his appeal against a rape conviction to the Supreme Court.Steven Barker, 33, had been jailed for life and ordered to serve at least 10 years for raping a two-year-old girl.
In January, Barker had his challenge against the conviction rejected by the Court of Appeal.
Barker had been jailed for 12 years for causing or allowing the death of 17-month-old Peter in 2007.
