Boy held over child fire deaths

A 17-year-old has been arrested after two young children were killed in a "suspicious" house fire in a Derbyshire town, police said.Fire crews were called to the fire at a terraced house on Edale Way in Buxton at about 2345 BST on Friday.

A police spokesman said a woman and a child escaped from a first floor window, but two young children died in the fire.

Police and the fire service have begun a joint investigation.
