    Charge over disabled man's murder

    A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a disabled man whose body was discovered in a flat in Rhyl, Denbighshire.North Wales Police charged the man over the death of Philip Holmes, 56, who is believed to have been seriously assaulted.

    The accused man is due to appear before magistrates in Prestatyn on Monday.

    Mr Holmes, who used a frame to walk following an accident, was said to have been "well known" in the area.
