TV presenter Denise Van Outen and West End star Lee Mead are celebrating the birth of their first child.Van Outen said she was "ecstatic" following the birth of daughter Betsy, who weighed 7lb 10oz (3.4kg) and was born at 1224 BST on Saturday.
The 35-year-old actress and presenter met her husband on the BBC One talent show Any Dream Will Do.
Mead, 28, went on to win the lead role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Van Outen was one of the judges on the programme.
After his victory, Van Outen said: "The next time he lands a role as a leading man, can he put me forward to be the leading lady?"
