
A man who was convicted of stabbing a decorated soldier to death outside his family home in Renfrewshire has been jailed for a minimum of 20 years.Barry McGrory, 28, denied killing 28-year-old Scots Guardsman Paul McGee in Lochwinnoch in October last year and blamed his friend, Ian Wallace.
At the High Court in Edinburgh, McGrory was given a life sentence.
Wallace, 28, who pleaded guilty to four assaults which triggered the fatal stabbing, was jailed for 15 months.
