
Notts County boss Steve Cotterill has left the club after failing to commit his future to the League Two champions, reports BBC Radio Nottingham.The Magpies were not willing to wait any longer for Cotterill to confirm he will sign a new contract when his current deal expires at the end of May.
Cotterill, who joined the Magpies in February, has already rejected the chance to take over as Coventry boss.
However, the 45-year-old is a target for managerless Portsmouth.
