Five young men were found stabbed near to London's O2 Arena in the early hours.
Emergency services were called just after 0200 BST to reports of a man who was stabbed near North Greenwich Tube station, close to the O2 Arena.
Police found the victim, who they said was aged in his late-teens or early-20s, suffering stab wounds.
Four other victims, all male aged late-teens or early-20s, were also found injured after being stabbed.
Three of the men were taken to an east London hospital and the other two men were taken to a south London hospital. Their conditions were not known.
No arrests have been made.
