</span>Police in Fife are investigating the death of a two-year-old girl after a fall from the second storey of her home in Kirkcaldy.
Emergency services were called to an address in Fair Isle Road at about 1445 BST after reports a child had fallen.
The toddler, who has not been named, was taken initially to the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.
The child was then taken to the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh where she later died from her injuries.
