Actor Tony Curtis will be given a public funeral, followed by a burial and a reception for 200 guests in Las Vegas later.
Curtis's wife, Jill, wants to eulogise her husband of 16 years, friend and pallbearer Gene Kilroy told the Associated Press news agency.
The film star died last week, aged 85, after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Monday's reception will take place at the Luxor hotel and casino on the Las Vegas strip.
