Police say the 29-year-old and 53-year-old are receiving treatment at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan.
One man has been arrested following the disturbance at Kinmel Street at 1523 BST and officers say they are not looking for anyone else.
Police say a weapon was recovered from the scene and CCTV footage will be studied as part of the investigation.
