The remains of two American balloonists who went missing in September have been found in the Adriatic Sea, Italian coastguards have said.
Richard Abruzzo and Carol Rymer Davis disappeared in thunderstorms in the region on 29 September.
They were taking part in The Gordon Bennett Cup race, which started near Bristol on 25 September.
An Italian coastguard said their remains had been found by a fishing vessel at 0100 local time.
He said Ms Davis had documentation on her.
A formal identification was yet to take place.
