    Police use CS spray during brawl

    18 December 2010 Last updated at 11:25 ET Police have used CS spray to break up a disturbance involving up to 40 people in a County Londonderry town on Saturday.

    The incident occurred in Magherafelt shortly before 0200 GMT after police received a report of a brawl in Queen Street.

    Officers arrested three men, one of whom remains in custody.

    A police spokesperson said one man received an injury to his leg but made off from the scene.
