A man's body has been found after a major search of the Harlech area of Gwynedd over the weekend.
Police have said they believe it is the body of a 54-year-old John Mitchinson who has been missing from his High Street home since Boxing Day.
Police, mountain rescue team members and specialist search units, including dogs, took part in the search.
The body was found in Old Llanfair Road, Harlech at about 1045 GMT on Sunday
Inspector Mark Armstrong from North Wales Police confirmed that the body is believed to be that of the missing father-of-two.
He said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
The coroner has been informed.
Police are continuing to investigate the death.
