Three people died after a fire broke out at a block of flats in Glasgow, police have said.
The three were rescued from the blaze at the flat in Acre Road in the Maryhill area shortly before midnight on Friday.
Fire crews gave them first aid for "severe" smoke inhalation but they were confirmed dead at the scene.
Strathclyde Fire and Rescue Service could not confirm the ages or gender of the three who died.
