Two men have died in separate road accidents in the west of Scotland, police have confirmed.
The first accident involved a van which left the A85 at Glen Lochy, Argyll, at about 2030 GMT on Friday.
Fire crews found three people at the scene and one man was confirmed dead. The other two were taken to hospital for treatment.
A second man died when a car crashed near Glencart Farm, Dalry, in North Ayrshire at about 2145 GMT on Friday.
Meanwhile, Grampian and Tayside police forces reported a spate of early-morning minor road accidents on Saturday.
Officers from the Grampian force urged motorists in the region to drive with care and Tayside Police warned of black ice on the A90 which was causing "treacherous conditions".
