Police investigating the murder of Sian O'Callaghan have found human remains at Eastleach in Gloucestershire.
Officers were earlier granted an extension until Monday morning to question a man being held in connection with Miss O'Callaghan's murder.
Police had revealed they were looking for a second body following the man's arrest on Thursday.
Miss O'Callaghan's body was found in Oxfordshire after her suspected killer guided detectives to the spot.
The man also took officers to the area near Eastleach where a search for a second body was carried out.
Det Supt Steve Fulcher, of Wiltshire Police, said: "Wiltshire only has one outstanding missing adult and that's from several years ago."
