    Enlarge PhotoSaxo Bank's Frank Schleck of Luxembourg cycles during the second stage of the Tour de... Luxembourg's Frank Schleck is out of the Tour de France after suffering a broken collarbone in a crash during the third stage on Tuesday, organisers said.

    The Saxo Bank rider fell heavily on the fourth cobbled sector of the 213-km stage from Wanze, Belgium, some 26 kms from the finish.

    Schleck finished fifth overall last year.
