West Indies returns to a venue that surely evokes mixed feelings for Darren Sammy's men. A perfect match of overwhelming dominance against host Bangladesh on March 4 was sullied by late events in the night as incensed fans pelted stones at the West Indies team bus.
Sammy though believed that the chapter is closed and said that he has nothing to fear from the fans. Ahead of Wednesday's quarterfinal against Pakistan, the West Indies captain told the media: “Since we have been back here we feel loved by the people.
“We know obviously it's unfortunate what happened but we have put that behind us.
