Visakhapatnam, Apr 20 (PTI) Hosts Visakhapatnam Port Trust was at the top position with nine points followed by Mumbai Port Trust with six points at the end of second day in the 32nd All India Major Port Hockey Championship here today.
Chennai and Paradip Ports were at the third position with three points each.
Visakhapatnam Port Trust beat Mumbai Port Trust by 3-2. Anjaneya Rao, N Peter and Sivsa kumar scored one goal each for Visakhapatnam, while Kirhsna Murty and Digvijay Naik scored for the visitors.
In another match, Visakhapatnam Port beat Paradip Port 6-0. Ramesh Kumar and N Peter (two each), Husain and K Anjaneyara Rao (one each) scored for the hosts.
