London, June 8 (ANI): Tennis champion Andy Murray would miss his girlfriend Kim Sears at the Queen's Club this year as the lady has 'gone away to stay with pals'.
Usually seen cheering Murray on in his victories or offering a consoling smile on his defeats, the lady's absence would be felt by him during his pre-Wimbledon preparation matches.
"Perhaps Andy has decided he needs to focus all his energies on defending his title and doesn't want Kim sitting courtside," the Daily Mail quoted a tennis-playing friend as saying.
"Although it's hard to call her a distraction, she's far too pretty for that," he added.
According to a neighbour, 23-year-old Kim has 'gone away to stay with pals' during the Aegon tennis championships, which he won last year at Queen's Club in West London. (ANI)
