London, July 23(ANI): An 11-year-old disabled British boy, Kearan Tongue-Gibbs, has been displaying astonishing ability at cricket - despite having no hands or forearms.
According to the Daily Mail, spin-bowler Kearan grips the ball in the fold of his arm before delivering the ball towards the stumps with surprising accuracy.
The boy, who uses no artificial aids when batting and bowling, dreams of playing cricket for England and has already been identified as a top future disabilities talent by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
His potential was spotted when he played beach cricket on a family holiday when he was just seven.
Now, Kearan plays for Astwood Bank Cricket Club and regularly attends training sessions for cricketers with disabilities at Warwickshire County Cricket Club's Edgbaston home.
"He is very passionate about it. He is driven and that is all you need in life to succeed. He has just got better and better," Kearan's mother Carrie Gibbs said. (ANI)
