Toss Cape Cobras won the toss and chose to bat v Chennai Super Kings

Albie Morkel will come face to face with team-mates and countrymen as Chennai Super Kings take to the field against the Cape Cobras. Justin Kemp opted to bat first on a slow pitch at the MA Chidambaram stadium, that has so far produced fairly low-scoring matches.
Both teams named unchanged sides as the Cobras looked to continue their winning ways, while Chennai hoped to bounce back after their defeat against Mumbai. The Super Kings will look to their bowlers, particularly the seamers, for an improved performance, while also hoping for more from the middle order. They went into the game with an unchanged side.
The Cobras started off in lethargic fashion in the field against New South Wales Blues last Saturday but bounced back well to record a comprehensive victory. Their coaches have said that they have worked on the rusty aspects of their game and will relish showing off their polished skills in front of an enthusiastic home crowd.
