    A dark day in history of cricket as Australian batsman Philip Hughes died after ball hit incident

    Australian Batsman Philip Hughes dies after the tragic incident



    Cricket world is mourning today as the South Australian cricketer Philip Hughes died aged just 25 in Sydney St.Vincent Hospital today. The batsman was hit by a bouncer delivery from Sean Abott during local cricket match between South Australia and New South Wales. Philips was collapsed unconscious on to the pitch in seconds after bit by ball on his neck while attempting a hook shot and then immediately was cared by players the bowler among them who cradled the batsman. He required respiratory support on boundary side and then was taken to St.Vincent's Hospital near by in minutes. The player never regained consciuosness and was announced dead earlier today.

    Many current and former players visited him in hospital, Australian captain Michael Clarke, David Warner, Ricky Ponting, Brett Lee etc are among them. Clarke a close friend of Hughes remained aside for most of the time while the player was cared for. The unfortunate opposition player Sean Abott also visited the hospital and left in tears and believed to be receiving from Cricket Australia counsillers. Philip's parents and siter were also with him until the last moments of his life.

    Various cricket matches in Australia and around world were cancelled today due the tragic death of Philips Hughes including India's warm match against Cricket Australia XI and Paksitan Vs Newzealand test at Abu Dhabi.

    Its a very sad day for everybody who loves cricket and Philips Hughes will remain in our hearts. While cricketers and fans mourning the demise of Philips, many are urging to support Sean Abott who might be going through an unexpcted tragedy unintentionally caused by the bowler.
