Can some one help me

whenever i try to install a game or a software...it says that the file is corrupt...can someone help..now i cannot install anything in my computer..( one time it showed that C: /windows/784057 is missing... can someone help me...plzzzzzzzzzz..( when i tried to unzipp Black hawk down game it showed the error message ...

Looks like the game you downloaded was corrupt! You may have to downlaod an uncorrupt version!
However, viruses as well as anti-virus programs also can produce problems during installation of new software. Make sure you have your anti-virus program is up to date and run the anti virus software regularly to keep your machine virus free. You may also scan the software you are going to install with the antivirus program to make sure that is trouble free.
Before you start installation, disconnect from the internet, disable the anti vius program and then start installation.
