My WEB CAM doesnt seems to work

Hi mine is with WINDOWS 2000.I bought a new web cam(creative pro). Wen I install the first time it works. Next time system is not recognising the device. Pls help me to sort this out. Thanx

hehehe first thing to check is if the drivers r installed . i think they shld have tht is y it worked the first time ........
try reinstalling the drivers it shld work fine

Noo...Paachu. windows 2000 asks for driver. If you install the cd which you got with the cam, it will start function. After installing the driver, please reboot the system and check. If it still not working, then come to online in shoutbox. I will give you prompts for trouble shooting.

Go to the webcam manufacturers website and download the latest drivers for your cam specific for your operating system and you will be fine.

i would first try to unplug it and plug it back in to see if pc can find it then try to download device driver
