    China Aims to Develop Rare Earth Mines Overseas, Journal Says

    Dec. 28 (Bloomberg) -- China seeks to develop rare earth mines abroad with other countries in response to dwindling domestic resources, the China Securities Journal reported today, citing Xu Xu, chairman of the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters.
