Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. is appealing a San Francisco federal magistrate judge’s order granting bail to former Primary Global Research LLC expert networking consultant Winifred Jiau, who was charged in New York as part of a Justice Department probe into insider trading, a prosecutor said today.
