Sprint's integration with Google Voice may be live for some people ahead of schedule. "Multiple sources," have reportedly been able to access the service, Boy Genius reported today.
However, Google's Web page for Google Voice on Sprint still shows the service as unlaunched (screenshot above), and prompts you to add your address. In addition, Sprint spokesperson Mark Elliot told CNET, "We have not announced an availability date for Google Voice, and we do not comment on rumors or speculation about product or service availability."
CNET has not been able to reach Google for comment.
Google and Sprint announced the partnership last month atCTIA in Orlando, which would grant almost all Sprint phone owners the ability to use Google Voice call forwarding, visual voice mail, and voice transcription services more easily from their devices, without changing their Sprint phone number.
Are you a Sprint customer? If you have early access to this service via the Google Voice Web site, email us a screenshot and let us know in the comments.
