TAIF: A meeting was held here on Wednesday to make preparations for the next national dialogue on “Media — Present Situation and Prospects for Development.”
About 60 media experts, including women, took part in the meeting. Saleh Al-Husain, president of King Abdul Aziz National Dialogue Center, spoke on the need for restraint while exercising the freedom of expression to avoid its negative impact. A session on “The present situation of Saudi media” was moderated by Abdullah Omar Naseef, former deputy chairman of the Shoura Council.
