Two workouts designed to "bring out the dancer in you." They feature creative choreography, fluid transitions and superb cuing. Kari's clear instruction and graceful movements are ultra-motivating - somehow you'll just naturally seem to follow along. The step program demos three progressive combinations, then combines them at the end into an intense fat-burner. The aerobics workout is unusually interesting and exceptionally varied (eg sometimes you'll get four different steps within a single eight-count segment). Both programs are "just plain fun" with lots of lively hops, pivots, leaps and turns.
