Children's yoga guru Marsha Wenig leads little ones in an energetic, music-filled workout that's all about having fun. Four of Wenig's young friends demonstrate easy-to-follow moves and lead catchy songs. Kids will learn fun positions created just for them, such as the volcano, snake, flamingo and lion. There's also an introduction to yoga terms and breathing techniques to lay the groundwork for later yoga instruction.
