
This is an instructional protocol on how to make kettlebells from scratch using stuff you can get at a hardware store. I'd love to see the reviews from anybody who tries this.
Materials needed:
1. An old pair of Blue Jeans
2. two lengths of 3/4 inch steel pipe six inches long, threaded on
both ends
3. two lengths of 3/4 inch steel pipe four inches long, threaded
on both ends
4. Four elbow joints to fit the pipe
5. A stitching Awl
6. A bathroom scale
7. Epoxy
8. Twenty five pound bags of number six or eight lead shot
9. A pair of heavy scissors
10. Duct Tape
