How does the video work?
Videos are in generally short video. It first explain what the problem is, then it will try to demonstrate the problem. Once you identify the problem, instructor will provide steps neccessary to troubleshoot. Where to start, what dependency is there etc. TroubleShooter DVD will then show you (as the instructor conduct troubleshooting) how to resolve it step by step and how avoid such problem in the future.
TroubleShooter Scenario resolve problem caused by human error. It does not resolve issue that is unforseen and/or bug related.
