Ok...This is what I have to give as an explanation...
Reputation is when if you liked a Person Thread...or the Good stuff he gave you ...and you liked it then....you add repps to him/her...as a form of appreciation or thank you...
as rep power increases ....
your value amoung the comunity increases...to earn repps..you have to do..and give what other members want...
there is bad and good reputation...so you can choose to give a person a bad rep or a good one...

good help to new poeple stranger...but i dont like the restriction in giving reputation...spreading it b4 giving...even u can restrict it in same section..spreading to be reduced to 3 or less..then only people can give rep n make the very use of itComment
