Best 3G connection

Hii..I donno if this is the correct place to post my question.if it is, thank god I kinda figured out this forum,if else,mods,please do move this post to the correct place.Now to my Question.

Which is the best 3G connection provider in Kerala ?
I will primarily be using it in cochin and I jus need it for data.The only condition I hav is that it needs to be fast..I dont mind if it isnt blisteringly fast,but at least enough speed to stream YouTube without lag and preferably free roaming for data as well
