U can try through websites like www.jobstreet.com.sg or www.jobsdb.com.
Even we ppl out here search jobs thru these sites...
As u r in India , u need to get a company to sponsor u to get the employeement pass .Honestly such companies are difficult to find or u have to be really qualified and having veyr good experience in the field...Try some overseas job agencies in India ....

singapore is said to be agood place to work...but it can be very demanding especially in banking field...where competetion is very high...and social life is not very much prevalent among working class...i know many of u might disagree to this...just my opinion
