Phone interviews are not for everybody. First of all we can't get immediate feedback from the interviewer's face as we respond to their questions and adjust accordingly.
thanx for the links... even though the phone interviews are not my type... but still thats really useful when you are interviewing candidates abroad

phone interview is gud..but it hve +ve and -ve side..a nervous person can talk fluently thr phone interview..but it is better to held face to face interview...frm that they can identify the personlity...appearence body language etc...of the person.
