First you have to find out if she "likes" you...talk to her..i mean face to face..
there are some symptoms whether she like to talk to you(raised eyebrow, Raised should, touches you whn you say a joke, siting ot standing closer to you....these are some of them...if you find any of these things in her...that means she is interested in talking to you.... Second try to understand what kind of personality she looking for....try to have some common things...it will take time to become friends..but dont become BEST FRIENDS.....try to act some serious...talk to her as much as you can...try to ignoreyou friends infront of her ( dont ignore your friends forever...jus pretend) At this Point she will tell you if she loves someone...and she will become more open...Third Part IF she starts the conversation before you....thats the great symptom of "love or like"....you do what i say...i am 100% sure that she will liek you...i cant promise you that she will love you..if you finish the third Part Let me know ok...i will help you through the rest,,,,I hope this will help you...

you should do wat u blelieve in...if you think that goin out is agianst ur culture...then dont do it...you dont have to go out with a guy to love him.. jus tell him that its agianst ur clulture to go out...if he realli likes oyu...he will understand you...
you have one more choice...you can sneak out and go...its up to you..but let me tell you something..if he doesnt understand ur situation...that means he doesnt realli like you....
