Minister inaugurates herbal plants cultivation project

Aluva: Kerala Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem today inaugurated a unique project of cultivating herbal plants on vacant land on either side of the four-km runway of Kochi International Airport Limited (CIAL). Speaking on the occasion, Mr Kareem said the difficulties faced by the Ayurvedic companies due to lack of regular supply of raw material like herbal medicines would be solved with the implementation of the project to cultivate herbal plants.
