Kannur: Opposition leader Oomen Chandy wanted rollback of the power surcharge saying that the Kerala Electricity Regulatory Board had calculated it erroneously. He was speaking to mediapersons here on Tuesday. The govt has burdened the commonman with its wrong calculations and has even made the Regulatory Commisssion comply with it.
