US welcomes improvement in Indo-China ties

Washington: US today welcomed the improvement in bilateral relations between India and China saying it values dialogue between the two giant Asian nations after an agreement was signed by both sides to establish a hotlinebetween their Premiers.The agreement to set-up a hotline was signed by External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and his Chinese counterpart YangJiechi in Beijing today.'I think we value dialogue, particularly in Asia, but this is a matter between, the governments of China....
