London: A new study has revealed that the rescue workers who operated in the aftermath of the 9/11 terror attacks in New York have suffered lasting lung damage after exposure to dust.The seven-year study published in the New England Journal of Medicine was led by researchers from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and Montefiore Medical Centre, reports telegraph.co.uk.
