Film chamber row : Jagadish flays Suresh Gopi's stand






Alappuzha: The dispute between the actors on the Film Chamber's decision to ban film actors and singers from appearing on mini screens has been exposed. On Monday actor Jagadish flayed the stand of actor Surech Gopi who earlier pledged unity with the film chamber regarding the appearance of film stars in TV programmes. Jagadish said that if Suresh Gopi favours the Chamber's decision he must understand that majority of the Chamber's decisions will also be against him as an actor. Jagadish said that Suresh Gopi's stand will harm him too. He said that Suresh has a strong grudge against an actor from Kollam who is part of such a show in TV, which paved way for such a statement.

He asked if Suresh agrees with the chamber then why does he go to light lamps in reality shows. Earlier, actor Sreenivasan too came down against the decision of the chamber.

Meanwhile, AMMA president Innocent said that a discussion will be held with the chamber regarding the issue
