''Wake Up Call'' highlights dangers facing earth
Thiruvananthapuram : ''Wake Up Call,'' a documentary on Global Warming by Renowned Brazilian Social Environment Worker and Photographer Conceicao B Praun will be screened here today. Addressing the mediapersons here today, Ms Praun ''said the 50- minute black and white film was based on dangers facing our planet.
''It divulges the repercussions our earth faces due to global warming.'' The film was entirely shot in the city in one week, she said.
''Man cannot survive without the existence of natural resources.
The entire system is designed for life. Time has come to take this matter as priority if we are talking of living in a greener and sustainable planet for the next few decades.
''Then we will know better the actual issues pertaining to global warming,'' she said.
She said she would visit many cities globally to showcase the documentary.
