Land transactions in Kinaloor to be examined
Kozhikode: The Registration department has issued an order to examine all land transactions which took place after 2005 in Kinaloor. It is after this period that the real estate business groups purchased land for huge amounts. It is also alleged that most of the purchases were made offering five times high prices when compared to market price. The purchasers were mostly outsiders who have no acquaintance with the natives here. The Registration department IG has given instruction to verify all these.
